Detail :
Plastic Pall Ring is versatile. This product was advanced on the basis of Plastic Raschig Ring, and compared with it, both of them have similar cylindrical dimensions but the Plastic Pall Ring has two rows of punched out holes, with fingers or webs turned into the centre of the cylinder, which significantly increases the performance of the packing, in terms of throughput, efficiency and pressure drop.

Application of Plastic Pall Ring:

A variety of different sizes of products provide the ability to optimize capacity and efficiency based on different application requirements, and the application temperature in media ranges from 60oC to 150oC (Depends up on MOC temp range change)



Hold-up and Two-phase Contact
  • Promotes highly efficient two-phase contact and distribution;
  • A relatively high liquid hold-up promotes high absorption efficiencies, especially in cases where the reaction rates are slow;
  • Uninterrupted and consistent passages for gas and liquid flow.

Mechanical Strength
  • Its internal cross-structure of diametrical spars make it mechanically robust and suitable for use in deep packed beds.

Materials:
Plastic tower packings are made of heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Reinforced Polypropylene(RPP), Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC), Chloridized Polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF).
